Facilitated by Jewellery Designer, Artist & Curator Anisha Parmar, supported by Yoga Teacher & Wellbeing Practitioner Jameni Ladva.

Join us for a warm and reflective gathering centred on the stories woven into our jewellery. In South Asian cultures, gold is more than ornamentation, it embodies memory, resilience, and connection. You’re invited to bring a piece of adornment that holds personal significance be it inherited, gifted, or self-chosen and explore the narratives it carries.

We’ll begin with grounding practices, followed by a guided visualisation and journaling to deepen our connection with these objects. There will be space to share your reflections within a supportive circle, honouring the layered histories each piece represents.

This session offers a gentle space to honour the emotional and cultural layers that adornment carries, often passed between women in quiet moments, yet rarely held in public conversation.

All are welcome. Bring a meaningful piece of jewellery (or other objects, photos, heirlooms and even a memory) and join us in collective reflection.

Age guidance: 18+
This event is for women only.
